2006


Kristal Communication was founded “for the purpose of offering Mobile content management and Voice Services (IVR).”

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Services have been initially an important field of our activity. As a trustworthy partner, Kristal Communication allows partners to implement successful IVR solutions to navigate through the telecommunication economy bringing together perspective and success.

Our IVR Systems are built:

  1. In a pre-registered form
  2. With direct dynamic audio, in order to instruct the user step by step on how to proceed.
  3. Outcall operators/ Call center

Starting from 2006 up to 2014 we had a history of successful collaboration with the Greek Embassy, Italian Embassy in Tirana and Vlore and the French Embassy.

Kristal Communication facilitated visa appointments between Albanian citizens and the above mentioned Embassies.

2007


Kristal Communication became the first content provider in Albania. We offer multimedia services that include the combinations of various formats of content like text, audio, images, animation, video and other interactive formats. 2007 marked the beginning of the cooperation between Telekom Albania and Kristal Communication in offering for the first time in the Albanian market Ring back Tone Service (RBT).

During 2010, we became Content Managers of the same service for Vodafone Albania and Eagle Mobile. This experience helped us in specializing and being oriented in the music content provision up to 2016.

2008


Kristal Communication became the first content provider in Albania. 2009


SMS was seen as primarily a consumer tool, best used for teenagers to chat and interact. However, we had a different vision. We saw that, using the right infrastructure and process, SMS could be made into an enterprise quality communications tool. The key vision was to create an SMS delivery infrastructure that could meet the exact requirements of enterprise communications. It needed to be fast, in order to leverage the benefits of mobile; it needed to be reliable, in order to ensure that mission critical messages weren’t lost or delayed; it needed to be secure, in order to give enterprises the confidence to adopt the technology; and it needed to be traceable, giving users a complete audit trail of communication in order to meet the needs of potential customers. Kristal Communication addressed these points by developing and operating its own infrastructure and having direct connection to the Albanian Mobile Operators.

2013


Kristal Communication became the Airtime Distributor of  Vodafone Albania & Eagle Mobile through the MPAY Mobile Payment Service. Through this collaboration these companies offered the possibility to every mobile subscriber to Top Up their prepaid number or every other number.
